The IT Manager, reports to our Sr. Controller and has overall accountability for delivering excellent support services to approximately 80 associates as well as high-by responsible for championing and driving organizational and technological change with the goal of continuous improvement. As a result, the perfect candidate in this position will continuously challenge the status quo and drive for actionable insights to imprperforming beingove IT operations and support. In addition, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with other departments/divisions.

The Manager of IT will identify and deliver information system enhancements that will improve operations and support current and future business needs. The responsibilities will include planning, organizing, controlling, and managing all IT operations. The position requires a high level of innovation, drive, and energy to build the capabilities in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and highly achieving environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, develop, and support all IT systems.
- Manage networking, communications, and architecture of the infrastructure solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues for hardware, software, and productivity tools including e-mail systems, calendars, address books, task lists, and file sharing programs.
- Provide the company with technical support for all computer and software packages, which run on the network (ex. Windows Server 2003/2008, SQL Server 2008, and other 3rd party products).
- Monitor and enhance server room conditions to ensure equipment uptime.
- Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Windows workstations.
- Maintain all Microsoft based operating systems and security software.
- Perform hardware & software installations, configurations, upgrades, repairs, trainings, and troubleshooting.
- Standardizes current and existing systems and identifies resources required to support and improve operating systems to align with centralized systems.
- Establish and document company IT polices and procedure
- System Administrator for Third Party software
- Propose hardware/software requirements as needed
- Ensure all licenses are current and track license keys
- Develop and implement technical documentation and operational procedures to support data-to-day operations, change management and growth, including integration of new or revised computer systems or services.
- Assist in developing operation technology budget.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of industry security practices
- Great Project Management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Software Skills (Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics Great Plains)
- Strong network skills – The ability to manage the set up and security between devices to include remote desktop and VPN.
- Systems administration – Manages system maintenance, updates, and security access.
Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- MCSE or MCSA certification preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of IT systems experience
- Strong understanding of theories, principles and best practices of remote users
- SQL knowledge and skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products
- Experience in Windows operating system support
- Expertise in network administration
- Strong understanding of industry security practices

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and skills. This position also qualifies for bonus/incentive pay.
