Springer Insurance, a second generation local independent agency, is looking for motivated individuals to provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients. Springer Insurance specializes in helping people manage risks of everyday life and protect what matters most from the unexpected.
Must have good experience with clients on phone and in person and enjoy talking with people about their insurance needs.
The agency pays top dollar for candidates who are the best at what they do. You will have the opportunity to make more if you want to sell new products as well.
The hours are from 8:30 - 5:30 with hours until 7pm mon-thurs. The office is also open Saturdays from 10a-1pm. The candidate will need to work one Saturday per month and they will also work one day per week from 10am-7pm. This way our customers can take care of their insurance needs when they get off work.
Springer Insurance is one of the largest insurance agencies in Central Virginia with three locations and 11 knowledgeable agents. We offer many of the top carriers in the P&C, Life and Benefits industry. Agents have the ability to take advantage of our strong health coverage as well as nice 401k. We need more strong staff to help us continue with our growth plans for 2022.
